All of my work is online now, so I usually keep a night shift schedule.
I go to bed at about 6 or 7am, and I get up around 1 or 2pm.
It makes it easier for me to counsel people who work very late in Japan.
This schedule also lets me see my friends in the US and in Europe more easily.
It’s nice, because I don’t have to worry about the morning rush hour in Japan.
