I started working out again after having COVID in 2020.
It took me almost a year to recover from the first time catching it.
Before I caught COVID the first time, I used to run marathons and enjoy working out.
After I recovered, I couldn’t even walk to the supermarket without getting really tired.
It took about 8 months before I could walk around as usual.

最初にかかった時から回復するのにほぼ１年かかった。
コロナになる前は、マラソンを走っていて運動を楽しんでした。
回復した後も、スーパーに歩いていくのにもとても疲れた。
