A lot of work in offices is not efficient, and it doesn’t mean anyone is working harder.
They’re just working longer.
Then they are tired and stressed, and they can’t work as well the next day.
Because I work at home, I can use my extra time to go to the gym, or study new things.
I think it helps to make me a better person all around, in work and in life.

ただ長時間働いているだけだ。
疲れて、ストレスをため、翌日は、よく働けない。
私は家で仕事をしているので、ジムに行ったり、新しいことを勉強したりする自分の時間が使える。
そうすることで、仕事において、人生において自分が成長する助けになると思う。
